Fractional Product Leadership
One or two days a week inside a brokerage — dealing desk, IB portal, partner economics, academy infrastructure.
Roadmap, prioritisation, vendor management, and governance design.

One primary engagement at a time — and I say so plainly. Your team gets my full attention, not a place in a queue.
The work inside an engagement is flexible. It can build on a system I have already shipped, take on whatever a team needs next, or start from nothing — internal tools and integrations included. The systems on the record index are starting points you can build on, and proof that I deliver. They are not a fixed menu.

Often where the relationship starts
A fixed-checklist review of the public sites in your IB or affiliate network. You get one report per partner, with the problems ranked by how serious they are.
Optional next step: rebuild the highest-risk sites on the studio concepts at studio.asadi.ai.
This reviews marketing content. It is not regulatory advice, and your compliance team still makes the final call.
Portals, academy infrastructure, commission engines, internal systems and integrations, or specific platform modules — when the roadmap needs hands.
The work can start from a system already on record or from a blank page — whichever fits what your team actually needs.
Quoted separately after scope is clear.
Rules are enforced by the code itself, not by policy documents or by someone remembering to check.
Approval steps are built into the system. Nothing a model suggests is acted on until a person approves it.
Proof is captured at the moment the decision is made, never pieced together afterwards.
Three of the six principles behind every system on the record — the full set is on the index.
Fifteen years building software, ten of them inside regulated brokerages — dealing desks, CRMs, IB portals, payment rails, client onboarding. I specified those systems, scoped them, and ran the delivery, then handed the blueprints to someone else to build.
The constraint was never knowing what to build. It was execution capacity. AI removed that bottleneck — I specify the system, use AI as the execution engine, and audit, test, and deploy the result myself — and a decade of specifications came out at once.
Asadi Studio and EdifyTrade are live products, and Asadi Gate runs on this site. The systems on the record index and the concepts at studio.asadi.ai are built to production standard under real operational constraints.
Asadi Labs LLC designs and builds the systems and public surfaces that regulated operators run. It does not provide investment advice, execute trades, hold client funds, introduce clients to brokers, or operate a partner programme.
